The cutter is fitted with an ergonomic X CEL Knob, that makes cutting tubing quicker and easier. It has a quick acting design with an I beam construction, featuring hardened surfaces and thrust bearing slide assemblies for smooth operation and increased working life. The X CEL wheel pin allows you to change the cutter wheel quickly using the new
